Ingredients

    1 Cup Oat Bran
    2 Scoops Giant Sports Vanilla Protein
    2 TBSP Ground Light Brown Flax Meal
    2 TBSP Coconut Flour
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla, 8 oz
    2 Large Eggs
    2 Bananas Mashed
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    1/4 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    10 Pecan Halves, Chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a bread pan, or two mini loaf pans. Mix dry ingredients first. Mix wet ingredients and add to dry. Coconut flour requires a lot of liquid, so if batter is too dry add more almond milk, or some water. Once mixed stir in pecans, or other items such as raisins, coconut, chocolate chips, etc if desired.
