Introduction

Your favorite Italian appetizer just became a portable snack or hors d'oeuvres. Your favorite Italian appetizer just became a portable snack or hors d'oeuvres.

Ingredients

    8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls (mini bocconcini)*
    12 jumbo black olives
    1 (7.5 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
    12 grape tomatoes
    12 slices turkey pepperoni

    12 wooden skewers

    Optional: Bibb lettuce for serving platter

Tips

* We used a variety of fresh mozzarella called mini bocconcini, which are the size of a cherry tomato. You can use cubed part-skim mozzarella or provolone, if desired.


Directions

Thread two balls of mozzarella, one olive, one artichoke piece, one tomato and one slice on pepperoni on each skewer.
Arrange on a platter with (optional) Bibb lettuce.

Serving Size: 12 skewers; 1 per serving
