    1/2 c lowfat milk
    1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 c canned green chilis
    1/2 c gluten free bisquick
    salt and pepper to taste

mix all ingredients well
grease small baking dish or muffin pans
bake for 30 minutes or until firm in the center
