Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Gluten Free rolled oats
1 cup cottage cheese - 4% milk fat
    8 egg whites - large
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

We love powdered sugar on ours with butter. If you have a child who is sensitive to cane sugar, powdered agave sugar works fabulously!

Directions

In a blender, mix all ingredients on a low setting until oats are thoroughly chopped and you reach your desired consistency. Pour onto griddle heated to about 300-350 degrees in sand dollar sized cakes and cook until golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 10 sand dollar sized pancakes.
