Ingredients

    Beef - flank steak 250g
    One each:
    Garlic clove
    Broccoli spear
    Carrot
    Yellow pepper
    Pkg sliced mushrooms
    Celery stalk

    2c snow peas
    1tbls coconut oil
    1tbls soy seasoning to taste
    1/2 tsp sesame oil

    Stir fry meast in oil. Add veggies and seasoning.

Directions

Serve over rice.
