Ingredients

    4 Chicken Breasts or 1 lb
    1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
    1 lemon
    1 bunch asparagus (2 cups)
    1 package of veggie pasta
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp flour
    1 c chicken broth

Directions

Roast chicken breasts and asparagus in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. In the meantime, make a roux with the butter and flour, then mix in yogurt, lemon juice and chicken broth. Simmer. Boil pasta. Cut chicken when done, then toss all together.
