Ingredients

    ¼ cup butter
    1 ¼ tsp baking soda
    ¾ cup sugar
    ¾ cup palm sugar (or brown sugar)
    3 cups rolled oats GF
    6 oz chocolate chips
    2 eggs
    ¾ cup combined walnuts & sunflower seeds
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup peanut butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F
In Large bowl combine sugars and butter. Beat until creamy. Add eggs vanilla and baking soda, mixing well. Add peanut butter and mix. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and nuts. Place teaspoon full of dough on lightly greased baking sheet (or parchment paper) about 2 inches apart. Bake 10 - 12 minutes until lightly brown around edges.
