Introduction

Ingredients

5 cups ColeSlaw mix (1/2 of a 16oz. bag)
1 Granny Smith Apple, finely diced/chopped (1/2 inch pieces)
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup Apple Juice
1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
Tips
I may make this cold with or without the juice. Not sure how it will turn out.
Directions
Combine all ingredients into medium saucepan. Simmer over low to medium heat for about 15-20 minutes until cabbage is cooked but apples are still a bit firm.
