Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups Flour
    1 cup Quaker Oats
    1/4 cup Brown Sugar
    2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 tsp. Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 medium Egg
    3/4 cup Soy Milk
    1/4 cup Soyabean Oil
    1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    3 ripe Bananas

Directions

Combine all dry ingredients.
Beat egg and stir in milk, oil and vanilla.
Add mashed ripe bananas and dry ingredients.
