Ingredients



    *Oatmeal - Quaker Large Flake, 6 cup
    Wheat bran, crude, 1 cup
    Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes 1 cup
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp
    *Cinammon, ground, 2 tsp
    *pistachio nuts, unsalted, 1 cup
    *Honey Manuka, 6 tbsp
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup
    Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) 0.25 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Medjool dates, 10 date, pitted, chopped (about 1 cup)

Tips

Great on top of fresh fruit and yogurt.


Directions

Preheat oven to 325F. Mix first 6 ingredients. Whisk together next 4 and pour over oat mixture and toss to coat. Divide in onto two parchment lined, rimmed, cookie pans. Bake for 20 mins, stir , bake for another 10 to 15 until golden. Remove from oven and stir in finely chopped dates.
