Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 lb.
    Stewed Tomatoes, 1 can (mexican style)
    Pinto Beans, 1 can (can add in more/different beans)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can
    1-2 cans diced tomatoes
    Diced green chiles, 1 can
    Taco Seasoning
    Ranch Salad Dressing (dry) mix
    Diced onions

Tips

Used ground turkey instead of beef.


Directions

Brown meat & onions. Add remaining ingredients and either simmer on stove for 1 hour OR slow cook about 6 hours. Serve with chips/sour cream/cheese/etc.
