    2 C Flour
    1T Baking Powder
    2t sugar
    1/2t cream of tartar
    1/4t salt
    1/2 C light margarine
    2/3 C skim milk

    Mix dry ingredients and cut in margarine. Add milk all at once and stir until incorporated. Drop onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes

    Makes 10 delicious biscuits.
