Ingredients

    grilled chicken breast I had extra left over from the night before so just added it to the pack that I grilled.(chopped)

    celery-chopped
    onion chopped
    I used mini sweet peppers-grilled, chopped
    red seedless grapes cut in half
    lite mayo
    salt and pepper to taste
    cayenne pepper to taste

Tips

combine all ingredients and store in air tight container and store in fridge for at least 2 hrs. But even better the next day!
