Introduction

Light dressing made in just a few minutes. Keep refrigerated. Use with in 4-5 days. Recipe can be halved. Light dressing made in just a few minutes. Keep refrigerated. Use with in 4-5 days. Recipe can be halved.

Ingredients

    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 can (2oz) anchovies, drained
    3/4 C light mayonnaise
    2 T grated parmesan cheese
    1 t Worchestershire sauce
    1 t Dijon mustard
    1 T fresh lemon juice
    3-4 T skim milk (more if necessary to thin)

Tips

1-2 T of dressing to each individual salad is plenty. This is our 'go to' Caesar dressing.


Directions

Add all ingredients to food processor. Blend throughly, scraping bowl. Add more milk if necessary to thin.

Serving Size: Makes about 1 cup dressing
