12 oz. tomato paste
4 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup+2 tbsp water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder (or crystals, stronger)
1 packet of Stevia
Tips
Some people like to add cinnamon and/or clove to this recipe. But my family doesn't like the taste of that ketchup as well as this recipe.
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and whisk until combined. If you like, you can put it into a blender or use an immersion wand to blend even further.
Let the ketchup sit together in the fridge for a couple of hours, or overnight, before serving.
Store in the fridgerator in an air tight container.
