Ingredients

    16oz 99% fat free ground turkey
    1 can chili beans (I used hot)
    2 cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes
    1 can reduced sodium black beans
    1 can (10oz) enchilada sauce
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 large bell pepper, chopped (about 1.5c)
    1T cumin

Directions

Put everything in the slow cooker and cook until done (about 6 hours for me).
