Ingredients

    1.25 lb Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
    1 cup grated zucchini, all moisture squeezed dry w/ paper
    towel
    2 tbsp onion, minced
    1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1 egg
    1 tsp kosher salt

Tips

Can put mashed potatoes as frosting if desired.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Line muffin pan with foil muffin cups.
Fill each muffin cup evenly.
Bake for 55-60 minutes.
