Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    12 oz tomato juice
    3 cans kidney or other beans
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    2 zucchini
    1 heaping tbsp chile powder
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper



Directions

Brown turkey and chopped onion. Chop vegetables and combine all ingredients. Simmer on low or put in a crock pot for 5-6 hours.

Serving Size: Makes six 3-scoop servings
