Ingredients

    1 Lb Ground Beef
    6 Tbsp Fried Onions
    4-5 Thai Green Chili Peppers
    3/4 Tsp Salt or to Taste
    1/2 Tsp Paprika (Optional)
    1/4 Tsp Turmeric, Ground
    1 Tbsp Shan Tikka Masala powder or Garam Masala
    1 Tsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
    1 Tsp Canola Oil
    Few Sprays Palm Oil Spray
    6 Wood or any Skewers

Tips

Serve with Rice or Naan. You can replace the Naan with Oat Bran Pita bread to reduce calories.


Directions

Pre heat the oven to 375 Degrees F. Strain the ground beef to make sure you get it as dry as possible. Put the ingredients in a food processor and run it to make a slightly smoother texture. Make 6 portions out of the mixture and wrap them around the skewers. Place the Skewers on a baking dish and spray with oil. Let it bake for 35-40 minutes.
