I decided to try a different smoothie recipe this morning with my favorite fruits and vegetables. It was yummy! I decided to try a different smoothie recipe this morning with my favorite fruits and vegetables. It was yummy!

Ingredients

    2 bananas, fresh
    3/4 cup blueberries, frozen or fresh
    1/2 cup carrot juice, fresh

Directions

This recipe is straightforward.

Cut up two bananas into a blender along with 3/4 cup blueberries (slightly unthawed or fresh), and pour 1/2 cup of carrot juice in. I juiced the carrots myself using approximately three carrots to make a 1/2 cup. Then turn the blender on high on 'blend' mode and watch the fun. When all the ingredients are blended until smooth pour into a glass and enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 2 8-ounce glasses to drink
