Introduction

My sister invented this: it is a combination of my brother-in-law's tuna recipe and my sister's rotini recipe and the result tastes fantastic! (It ought to, since it's high in calories, so keep that in mind. ;)) My sister invented this: it is a combination of my brother-in-law's tuna recipe and my sister's rotini recipe and the result tastes fantastic! Directions

CHEESE SAUCE:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
Stir flour until mixed completely.
Stir in milk and spices.
Use a whisk to work out any lumps.
Once sauce is starting to thicken, add in cheese, continue stirring.
When sauce is desired thickness, remove from heat.
----
Mix noodles, spinach, broccoli, TUNA, CHEESE SAUCE, shredded cheese, and parmesan cheese together. Serve warm.
- OR -
bake 350 for 30 minutes topped with French fried onions or Ritz crackers (French fried onions are calculated, since that's how our family ate it)

Serving Size: Should make a full 9x13 pan (or 12 servings)
