Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat white flour
    1/2 cup buckwheat flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 TBSP flaxseed
    1 TBSP chia seeds
    .5 cup pumpkin
    1 cup milk
    3 TBSP canola oil
    2 eggs

Directions

Mix all wet ingredients together. Blend in dry ingredients. Cook on a heated waffled iron 4-8 minutes to desired crispiness.
