    1 oz gimme lean sausage style
    2 cups baby spinach arugala blend
    1 tsp coconut canola oil blend
    sprinkle of garlic powder and hot paprika
    1 oz shredded cheese
    1 orowheat, wheat sandwich thin
    1 tsp mayo


Crumble and fry the "sausage" in the oil for a few minutes. Add the greens and let them wilt. Season with the garlic powder and paprika. Spread out the mixture and sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Let melt. Add to a sanwich thin dressed with a little mayonnaise.

Serving Size: makes 1 sandwich
