Not mine, It's from martha stewart, I just subbed Splenda for half the sugar, used ground instead of fresh ginger and subbed rice vinegar for white vinegar. Ingredients

    1/4 c. Soy Sauce
    2 Tbsp + 1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
    1 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce
    1/2 Tbsp Sugar
    1/2 Tbsp Splenda
    1/2 tsp. ground Ginger (sub. 1 1/2 tsp grated fresh if desired)
    1 1/2 tsp. Sesame Oil
    4 whole Chicken breasts cut into large chunks

Directions

In glass baking dish, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, Sriracha sauce, sugar, splenda, ginger and sesame oil. Add chicken and stir to coat. Marinate 30 min. stirring halfway through. Bake at 375 degrees until done and sauce has thickened, 30-45 min or so. stirring/flipping chicken halfway through. mine took longer as i had smaller dish with less room between chicken pieces.
