    Ground beef, 16 oz
    Rice - Minute instant brown rice, 3 cup
    *Kroger Tomato Sauce, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Any spices that you like: garlic etc.

Tips

Add an egg and roll into balls for a more traditional porcupine.
