Ingredients

    Coconut Oil Organic 2 tbsp
    Butter, unsalted, .25 cup
    Onion diced small, 1 large
    Garlic, 4 cloves, minced
    Ginger Root, minced, 3 tsp
    Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup, 1.5 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, .0625 cup
    Cornstarch, .25 cup
    Garam Masala, 2 tsp
    Curry powder, 1 tsp
    Chili powder, 2 tsp
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    Chicken Breast, cut into two inch cubes, 3 lbs

Directions

Heat coconut oil and butter on medium high until melted and hot. Cook onion, garlic and ginger until onion is translucent, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce, milk, flour, cornstarch and spices, stir till smooth. Allow to thicken slightly. Put chicken cubes in crock pot, pour sauce over, and mix gently. Cook on low 5 hours.
