    1 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla (30 cal)
    1 scoop whey protein powder - you choose the flavor - I like strawberry or vanilla
    1 packet of Crystal Light "on the go" - you choose the flavor - I like morning sunrise, Strawberry Orange Banana, or Fruit Punch
    Handful of ice

Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

Serving Size: makes (1) 8 oz shake
