    Kluski noodles, 4 serving (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)


PRepare noodles (1/2 of a 16 oz package) according to the package instructions. In medium skillet heat oil. Add chicken (cut into strips or chunkx) and onion. Stir fry 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, EXCEPT noodles. Stir fry until chicken is no longer pink and veggies are tender. Add noodles, toss to mix. Heat through. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
Also good with 1 teaspoon basil and crushed red pepper to taste.
