    4.5 cups imitation crab
    .5 cup chopped green onions
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp parsley
    1/4 tsp worcestershire
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    3 TBS kraft light mayo
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 TBS old bay seasoning
    1/4 cup chopped celery


Mix ingredients together and use 1/2 cup mixture to make 10 cakes. Fry in pan sprayed with canola oil spray on low-med heat, approx 5 minutes on each side. They will be flaky and will tend to fall apart.

  • Very good. Used Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Served with a spicy mustard sauce and cous cous. Hubby lived it also. Will definitely make again. - 6/18/10
