Ingredients

    2oz Ground beef- drained
    Tomato Sauce - 7.5 oz
    Green Chilis, canned 2tbsp
    Frozen Sweet Corn- 2/3 cup
    Onions- 2tbsp
    Taco Seasoning 1tsp
    Ranch Seasoning 1tsp
    Water

    *May add extra vegetables or canned tomatoes to make even lower calorie.

Directions

Brown hamburger with onions. Drain well. Add tomato sauce then all remaining ingredients, simmer on low 10 minutes or till corn/vegetables are done. Top with lowfat sour cream or cheese if desired. (May also make larger portions and throw in crock pot on low)
