Ingredients

    5oz Tuna in water
    1 ring bell pepper
    1/2 tsp onion(powder or dried acceptable)
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp fat free ranch

Tips

Tastes great cold or hot!
Switch tuna for canned chicken for chicken salad.
Use as a dip for veggies or whole wheat crackers


Directions

Sautee bellpepper and onion until soft
Add tuna, cook until slightly browned
Add Worcestershire sauce while on heat, cook 1 min
Take off heat, mix in dressing
