1 c. Flaxseed Meal
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. KAL Stevia Extract Powder
1 tsp, cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
pinch of nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped walnuts, optional
Wet Ingredients
4 Large Eggs
4 Tbsp. Coconut Oil Melted
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/3 c. Coconut Milk
1/4 c. unsweetened Applesauce (one individual serving of Mott's)

Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients and set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.
Whisk dry ingredients into wet ingredients, eliminating all clumps.
Divide batter evenly between 12 muffin tins lined and lightly sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or when a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool, serve & enjoy!
