    Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp
    Flax Seed, Hodgson Milled Flax Seed, 2 tbsp

Tips

Dried fruit can be substituted, nuts and seeds added


Directions

Bring ingredients to a boil. Simmer 25 min. or lid the pan, turn off the burner and let it set all night, simmering it next morning until done.
