    1 can Mixed Beans (rinsed)
    1 shallot - finely chopped
    1 small yellow pepper - finely diced
    2 stalks of celery - finely diced
    3 tbsp white wine vinegar
    3 tbsp olive oil (or Camelina)
    1 tsp granulated garlic
    1 tsp dried italian herbs
    1/4 tsp cayenne
