Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 3/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 Tsp Baking Soda
    1 Tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
    1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
    1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon, I used Siagon cinnamon
    2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Tsp Nutmeg
    1/2 Cup oil - olive, coconut, vegetable, your preference
    6 oz Greek yogurt- Plain or Vanilla
    About 1 1/2 Cup mashed banana

Tips

Mix dry items in a separate bowl from everything else and add into wet mixture. Add blueberries last, do Not over mix.


Directions

For muffins bake at 350 for 20 minutes
For loafs bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes

Serving Size: Made 20 muffins or 2 loafs
