Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    Oats, Quaker, .66 cup
    *Unprocessed Wheat Bran (Miller's Bran), .33 cup
    Flax Seed, Hodgson Milled Flax Seed, 3 tbsp
    *Black Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large

Directions

Preheat Oven 350
Mix Dry Ingredients *chop the nuts
Mix Wet Ingredients *mash the bananas
Mix Together just until combined
Pour into a 9X5 greased loaf pan.
Bake for 60-65 Min
