Ingredients

    1/4 Cup Old Fashion Oats
    1/3 Cup Milk
    1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
    1-1/2 tsp Chia Seeds
    Fruit and flavor extracts

Tips

Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup fruit, 1 tsp jam, 1/8 to 1/4 tsp extract


Directions

Mix all together in mason jar. Stir in desired fruit or extract for flavor. Allow to sit overnight in fridge, or freeze.
