Introduction

This taste just like the Zuppa Toscana soup at Olive Garden really good. This taste just like the Zuppa Toscana soup at Olive Garden really good.

Ingredients

    1 LB Ground Italian Sausage
    1 tsp crushed Red Pepper
    1 Medium White Onion Diced
    4 strips center cut bacon diced
    2 Tbsp garlic puree
    10 cups water
    5 cubes of chicken bouillon
    3 large Russet potatoes, sliced thin w/ skin.
    1/4 of a bunch of Kale

Directions

Sauté' Sausage and crushed red pepper in a large pot. Drain excess fat, refrigerate while you prepare othe ingredients.
In the Same Pan, Sauté' Bacon, onions and galic aover low medium heat for approx. 15 minutes
