    1 lb ground turkey (extra lean)
    2 cans tomato sauce
    2 cans mushrooms
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1/2 tbsp oregano
    4 packets Splenda
    Whole Wheat pasta (not in calculations)

Tips

Add any additional veggies, like bell peppers, onion, or even zucchini to bulk up this dish and add a different flavor.


Directions

Brown turkey. Add tomato sauce, mushrooms, spices and Splenda. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Serve over whole wheat pasta.
