    SEA SALT
    GARLIC
    PICO DE GALLO
    MOZZARELLA CHEESE

Directions

COOK THE ROAST ALL DAY (OR NIGHT) IN A CROCK POT UNTIL THE ROAST FALLS APART. MOVE TO A DEEP FRYING PAN AND MASH WITH A FORK. ADD A CAN OF DICED GREEN CHILIES. SERVE AS DESIRED WITH CHOICE OF TOPPINGS.
