I can PC Blue Menu Chick peas
I jar Sharwood's Korma sauce
1 large head of cauliflower
1 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp canola oil
Tips
Note:Recipe can be stretched to feed more by serving with rice
Directions
Cook cauliflower - under cook as it will be heated up with the sauce and chick peas - and drain well.
Saute onions in oil.
Add to drained cauliflower.
Add chick peas.
Stir in Korma sauce and simmer for about 15 mins, stirring occasionally.
