Ingredients

    1 whole wheat quesadilla
    3 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 pat of butter
    2 Tsp salsa

Tips

I like to cook at fairly low heat and let the cheese melt well and cook into the tortilla a bit.


Directions

Melt butter over medium low heat in a nonstick skillet. place flour tortilla in pan. Place shredded cheese on one side towards the middle of the tortilla and fold tortilla in half. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side until cheese is melted and tortilla toasts up a bit.

Serving Size: Cut up as desired.
