Ingredients

    1 bunch broccoli
    3/4 cup Greek yogurt
    2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    3 slices turkey bacon
    1/2 cup shredded light cheddar cheese
    stevia, to taste (or sweetener of choice)
    1 tablespoon on pine nuts


Directions

lightly steam broccoli, set aside to dry and mix all other ingredients in a medium size bowl. Add broccoli and refrigerate. Best served cold.
