Introduction

Fat free citrus dressing. Fat free citrus dressing.

Ingredients

    Juice from 2 oranges (about one cup)
    1 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 Tbsp chia seeds

Tips

Adjust mustard and soy amounts to taste. Dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a small jar or bowl. Stir to combine. Wait a few minutes for chia seeds to become gelatinous and then stir again.
