20g Medjool dates, chopped/mashed
.25 Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry/Oven Toasted
10 grams Sunflower Seeds, Oven Toasted
1 tsp Sesame Seeds, Oven Toasted
5g Pumpkin Seeds, Toasted
1 Tbls Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, raw, rinsed
1 Tbls Chocolate Chips: Semi-Sweet Vegan 41% Cacoa
1 Tbls Peanut Butter & Co Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter
3 Tblp Bell Plantation's PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter) with Chocolate, powder (no water)
1oz/28g tera' s protein w/fiber dark chocolate
12 g Biochem 100% Whey Protein powder
Directions
Soak dates in enough hot water to cover them, set aside.
Rinse quinoa and set aside.
In 300 degree oven, toast oats, sunflower, sesame, pumpkin seeds for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool.
Next, in a small food processor pulse chop cooled toasted oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and quinoa. Add chocolate chips, pulse chop. Add to this protein powders, peanut butters, and dates. Add about 1-1 1/2 tablespoons water, using the water from soaking the dates. Blend until well mixed. It should be more dry than tacky. The mixture should be able to hold together after being pressed firmly into a small square glass dish. Cut into 6 even pieces. Cover and store in frig.
