Ingredients

    5 cups of frozen corn
    1 of each bell pepper (Red, Orange, Yellow, and Green) {chopped}
    2 Roma Tomatoes {chopped}
    4 med red potatoes {chopped}
    1 med yellow onion {chopped}
    3 carrots {julienned and chopped}
    18 strips of Turkey Bacon {chop before cooking}
    1 TBSP minced Garlic
    1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
    pepper to taste

Tips

You may have to divide mix before putting in a slow cooker because this is a lot of ingredients


Directions

chop Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Potatoes, Onion, and bacon.
Julienne carrots, then chop
sauté onion in olive oil
sauté chopped bacon
put all ingredients in a slow cooker for 8 hours
