3 medium over-ripe bananas - mashed
1.5 cups oats
3 oz raisins
Tips
The riper the bananas the sweeter your cookie bites. I added a splash of vanilla extract for more flavor. Feel free to sub coconut or any other dried fruit for the raisins.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350. Mash bananas in medium mixing bowl, mix in oats and raisins. Spoon 1 tbsp for each cookie bite onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
