Ingredients

    1 cup 2 % small curd cottage cheese
    3 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
    1 tbsp. Robinson's lemon curd (or any brand)

Tips

Delicious on fresh berries or as a crepe filling.


Directions

Place all ingredients in large bowl and beat with a hand mixer until smooth. I find an immersion blender works best to get a smooth consistency.
