Introduction

Ingredients

    1 small head of cabbage (9 cups shredded)
    3 Tbsp oil (canola, vegetable or corn)
    3 Tbsp white vinegar
    1 Tbsp sugar
    1 onion, chopped finely
    salt and pepper

Directions

Shred cabbage
Mix together oil, vinegar, sugar, onion and season with salt and pepper.
Toss cabbage with dressing, stir/work through and let sit for a short time to soften cabbage.

Serving Size: makes 10 1-cup servings
