8 oz ground chicken breast
1.5 lb ground beef
1 egg
2 oz shredded parmesan cheese
Italian spices
garlic
onion
salt & pepper
2-3 T. olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except oil. Roll into small balls, pan fry in oil. Add to marinara sauce and serve over pasta or spaghetti squash.
